No power, a burning smell, sparks, water in the wiring — message us any hour. We make it safe first, then fix it properly.
Some electrical problems wait politely for a workday. These do not: a burning smell anywhere near an outlet, switch or the panel; visible sparking; a hot MCB panel; water reaching electrics after tropical rain, a roof leak or a pool overflow; a main breaker that trips again the second you reset it; or a villa with no power at all while the neighbours' lights are on. Every one of those is a make-safe-now situation, and it is exactly what this service exists for — around the clock, every day of the year.
Rain finds every badly sealed junction box on the island. If your power died during a downpour, the usual culprit is water tracking into an outdoor connection and tripping the earth-leakage protection — which is the system working. We find the wet joint, dry and re-terminate it, and reseal it so the next storm passes without drama.
A loose connection arcing behind a faceplate, or an overloaded breaker cooking its terminals. This is the genuine fire risk in villa construction full of timber and alang-alang — switch the circuit off and message us; do not wait for morning.
An instant re-trip means a live fault — a failed appliance, a shorted cable, or water in a circuit. We isolate circuit by circuit until the faulty one is found, restore power to everything else, and repair the fault itself.
The two hardest-working appliances in any Bali villa, and the two most common causes of a 6 a.m. blackout. Both have dedicated fixes — element replacement, insulation repair, or honest advice that the unit is done.
Straight numbers, agreed before we set off: emergency call-out from IDR 500,000 in the daytime and from IDR 750,000 between 22:00 and 07:00, including the first hour of work on site — which resolves most situations. Anything beyond that is quoted before we do it, exactly like our normal repair service. No parts mark-up games at 2 a.m.; the receipt looks the same as it would at 2 p.m. See full pricing →
An emergency is usually a symptom. Once the immediate danger is handled we tell you honestly what caused it — an overloaded circuit that needs rebalancing, a corroded panel due for an upgrade, or ageing wiring that a renovation should replace via a proper installation. Reading in advance? Our guide to why MCBs keep tripping in Bali covers the most common warning sign of all.
We cover Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Legian, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Sanur, Denpasar, Nusa Dua and Kuta. No travel surcharge, day or night. Full service area →
