What We Do

When something electrical stops working or starts burning in your Bali property, we find the actual fault — we do not guess at it, and we do not just keep resetting the breaker. Using clamp meters, insulation testers, earth-resistance meters and thermal detection, we locate exactly where the problem is and fix it properly the first time. Most repair calls in Bali are one of a handful of recurring faults, and because we see them every week we usually know what we are looking for before we arrive.

Common Bali Repair Cases

MCB tripping every morning

Usually an overloaded circuit, a failing appliance, or moisture tracking inside an outdoor junction box after overnight humidity. We load-test the circuit and use insulation testing to separate a genuine wiring fault from a simple overload.

Outlet smells of burning

A loose connection arcing behind the faceplate, or undersized cable overheating under load — both serious fire risks in timber-and-bamboo Bali villas. We open the outlet, inspect the terminations and re-make them, upgrading the cable if it is undersized.

No power in one room

Often a tripped RCBO, a failed connection at a junction, or rodent damage to cable in the roof void — common in rice-field-edge properties. We trace the dead section and restore it.

Lights flickering

Typically a loose connection at the switch, fitting or distribution board. Persistent flicker with no loose joint can point to a neutral fault in the panel, which we test for directly.

How We Work — Step by Step

1. WhatsApp triage. You describe the symptom and your area; we often identify the likely fault and tell you what to switch off in the meantime.
2. On-site diagnosis. We test the affected circuits with meters to confirm the real cause before touching anything.
3. Quote before work. You get a clear price for the repair before we start — no surprises.
4. Repair and verify. We fix the fault, then test the circuit for correct operation and safe earthing.
5. Warranty. Every repair carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee.

Typical Time

Most repairs take 1–4 hours. We arrive with tools and common materials, so the large majority of faults are diagnosed and fixed in a single visit.
